The title says it all: In OP17, virtually all the characters from the One Piece story come together
have each held the title of “strongest.” Whitebeard was the strongest man in the world, Kaido the strongest
Creature, and with Rocks D., Xebec brings the legend behind the Rocks Pirates to life for the first time as a playable character
Leader Card. What makes this special is that, according to canon, Whitebeard, Big Mom, and Kaido—of all people—once served under
Xebec’s flag, until a naval alliance crushed the crew during the so-called God Valley Incident, a good three

The redhead, one of the world’s most powerful Haoshoku Haki users. His green Leader build
in OP17 focuses on control and a late, overwhelming game-winning move.
Kaido (OP17-062)
The “strongest creature in the world” and former Emperor. This Manga Rare is also our
highlight below: drawn by Baki creator Keisuke Itagaki himself, his
name is even printed on the card.
Charlotte “Big Mom” Linlin (OP17-112)
Leader of the massive Charlotte family. Her yellow Leader deck focuses on card advantage
and a broad board with many small characters.

This is a real home run for crossover fans. For Kaido’s Manga *Rare*, Bandai hired none
other than Keisuke Itagaki, the artist behind *Baki*. His name is even printed right on the
edge of the card. His muscular, anatomy-focused style meets the “strongest creature
in the world” here, resulting in one of the most unusual cards in the entire history of the OPCG. A
statement piece for anyone who enjoys collecting across series boundaries.

Luffy’s Leader Card in the original Oda Manga style
This deserves its own spotlight: For the first time ever, a Leader card is getting the full
Manga treatment. Luffy’s Super Leader Parallel (OP17-079) is rendered entirely in Oda’s original art style
rather than the usual anime look, depicted in the Elbaf Arc with Oden’s hat in the background. Affectionately dubbed “Manga Leader” by fans
— and quite rightly deserving of its own rarity tier.

The Conqueror’s Haki Special Cards
Six masters of Haoshoku Haki get their own special series in OP17: a cool
black-and-white look with a red lightning effect that captures the raw energy of Advanced Conqueror’s Haki.
All six are well-known cards from previous sets that are getting their own special Anniversary edition here.

SEC version and a completely new Alternate Art design.

Loki, the Prince of Elbaf, was the set’s first officially confirmed Secret Rare. He’s a real
menace on the field: 6 cost, 8,000 Power, and when played, he can instantly knock out opposing characters with a total cost of 4 or
less.
Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118)
In addition to his ultra-rare “Pirate Crew Super Parallel” version shown below, Xebec is also available as a regular
Secret Rare and as his own Alternate Art. That means you have three chances to get him.

Frequently Asked Questions About OP17
OP17 introduces two brand-new top rarities: the Super Leader Parallel (exclusive to Luffy’s Leader Karte, OP17-079) and the Pirate Crew Super Parallel, known in the community as SEC-KSP for short (debuting with Rock’s D. Xebec OP17-118 and a second Luffy card, EB04-061). In addition, the well-known Treasure Rare returns as its own tier above Secret Rare. This combination has never before been included in a single set.
SP cards are a second version of an existing SR, R, or Leader card featuring new artwork, such as our Golden Anniversary SPs or the Conqueror’s Haki Specials. Manga Rares are technically Secret Rares as well, but they feature artwork in the style of authentic Oda manga panels instead of the usual anime look. Alternate Arts are completely new illustrations, some created by guest artists such as Keisuke Itagaki for the Kaido crossover.

Anyone who secures a Livestream display in advance will receive it at the special price of CHF 179.95 instead of CHF 249.95 and will see every card drawn live.
No. According to official Bandai tournament rules, Leader and Main Deck cards in Europe must be in English and/or French. Japanese cards are therefore not permitted for official tournaments in this region, even if mixed with another language. Of course, you can still use them for collecting, friendly matches, or casual games.
