Questions and answers about our TCG Shop
What can I buy from you?
We have most of what your collector’s heart desires and wants to buy: From Pokémon trading cards, accessories (Binder, Sleeves, etc.) to merchandise such as Pokémon plush toys and One Piece figures, you can find almost everything here.
How do we send parcels from our store?
By default, we send all packages with A-Priority. Your Pokémon, Yugioh, Magic the Gathering, One Piece, etc. trading cards will be carefully packed and sent to your address immediately after purchase. Your Pokémon, Yugioh, Magic the Gathering, One Piece, etc. trading cards will be carefully packed immediately after purchase and sent to your address in a sturdy cardboard box! When ordering in our online store, you can also choose a special shipping method: Saturday delivery or Swiss Mond Express.
Why does our price-performance ratio compare favorably with the market?
We certainly aren’t always the cheapest, but we’re definitely not the most expensive sellers on the TCG market. As a passionate TCG shop, we place a high value on quality: top-notch customer service (we usually respond to emails within 12 hours and are available by phone), high-quality packaging materials, and a dedicated team. In addition, we have two locations that are open to our customers on several days of the week and regularly host tournaments and events for trading card fans. These are all costs that should not be underestimated.
Translated with DeepL.com (free version) To be one of the best TCG shops on the market, we always offer fair prices.
What's the point of following you on social media?
Our social media accounts give you information and insights into: Releases, tournaments, upcoming changes and last but not least great entertainment from the TCG world! Between all the hard facts about buying trading cards, we always try to include funny skits that will put a smile on your face as well as our products! 🙂
In addition, we stream EVERY Friday evening from 19:00 on Twitch and open products for customers or ourselves! You can always get a collector’s card bargain from time to time.
How can I sell my TCG cards?
We also buy cards and entire collections. However, only from the following TCGs: Pokémon
You are welcome to send us pictures of your TCG collection by e-mail to [email protected] and we will let you know whether we would be interested. If your TCG collection is purchased, we will transfer the money to you as soon as we have received the trading cards and have been able to evaluate them.
Where is my order from the store?
If you do not receive your order within one day, please do not hesitate to contact us. The best way is via [email protected] or by telephone on +41 71 751 08 05.
Of course, we understand very well that when you buy your trading cards in a TCG online store, you want to make sure that the order hasn’t gone missing 😉
What happens with multiple orders for limited-edition products?
For highly sought-after releases, we limit the quantity per customer. The limit is listed next to each product. We do this so that as many of you as possible have a real chance to get the product, rather than just a few people snapping up the entire stock.
Here’s what that means in concrete terms:
If you order more than the specified quantity, we will cancel the excess orders.
If anyone attempts to obtain additional copies using multiple customer accounts or email addresses, we will cancel all of those orders—including the first one.
The determining factor is not the customer account, but the individual and the household. To verify this, we cross-check the name, shipping address, and payment method.
We will refund any amounts already paid in full, using the same method you used to pay.
If you place an order as usual, you won’t notice this rule at all. It’s aimed at the few people who bundle limited-edition items—not at you.
Are release dates binding?
Not always. We pass on the date provided to us by the manufacturer and distributor. If their schedule changes, ours changes as well. We have no control over that.
You can count on this:
If there is a delay, we'll contact you right away.
As soon as we know a new date, it will be posted on the relevant product page. If you've already placed an order, you'll also be notified by email.
So we'll keep you posted.
