Magic the Gathering! Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty

In addition to new cards and another trip to Kamigawa, the new Magic set unfortunately also brings some unpleasant news: Various distributors have announced that all Magic products could become a little more expensive in the future. It remains to be seen whether Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty is an exception or whether this is actually a permanent circumstance. In any case, the new set, which will be released on February 18, 2022, will have a small price surcharge for us, as purchasing through distributors will also become noticeably more expensive.

This can of course have various causes:

– Due to coronavirus, there are shortages of raw materials all over the world. Possibly here too.

– WotC has made a conscious decision to increase its own margin (investors, Hasbro, etc.)

– For some reason, the production costs for this set are higher than they have been in the past.

We hope, of course, that things will return to normal in the future and that prices will return to the old levels.
