What is Trusted Shops?

“Trusted Shops is a company founded in Cologne in 1999 that offers online stores and their customers services in the form of a seal of approval, a buyer protection procedure and a system of customer reviews. For online retailers, there is also help to protect against warnings” (Wikipedia, 2021)

Trusted Shop enables customers to place every order with the same email address after selecting it once. same email address in our store as an insured order. In other words, once this option has been selected, every future order placed with us is automatically insured. If the package is lost or damaged, the product can be replaced without any problems.

After successfully completing your purchase, you will see the following screen:

At the bottom right, the option is now displayed to make the purchase via Trusted Shops free of charge for free. If you click on it, the following window will appear:

The currency in which the insurance is to be taken out must now be selected here. Then click on the yellow button (or the small link to the right if you don’t want to rate anything) to take out the insurance.

The last window you will see is this one and you will receive a confirmation email for your protection:
