A strong core of reliable and adaptable warriors who can fire while advancing or holding ground is a valuable asset to any tactician. In the case of task forces reinforced by Primaris Order Brothers, this role is filled by Intercessor Squads. These squads can deliver overlapping volleys of fire and often form the flexible fighting core of newly formed Primaris Orders – although of course many established Orders readily harness their capabilities and deploy them alongside Tactical Squads.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 10 Primaris Intercessors. Wearing Type X Tacticus armor to take advantage of their protection and mobility, they prove to be reliable and adaptable warriors, each armed with a bolt rifle. Their bolt rifles can be of one of three varieties – standard bolt rifle with sickle magazine, sturmbolt rifle with overcharge capacitor and box magazine, or stalker bolt rifle with scope and stick magazine. There are 10 right shoulder pads decorated with the iconography of the Intercessors – enough to cover each of the arm variants, including 2 with an open radio console, 2 arms that tell the squad to stop, 2 with combat knives and 2 that fire bolt pistols. In total, the kit contains 24 different heads with and without helmets.

These models can be built as either a 10-man squad, a squad of 9 Intercessors with a Sergeant, or 2 separate 5-man squads, each with their own Sergeant. The Sergeants have unique heads and a helmet magnetically anchored to their belt and unique tabards to make them stand out.

To show their versatility on the battlefield, the kit includes numerous details that can be attached to the armor – 12 pistol holsters (2 empty for intercessors holding pistols), 10 ammunition and grenade pouches, 6 combat knife sheaths (4 empty), 4 single grenade pouches and 4 pouches for bolt pistol ammunition.

The Primaris Intercessors kit contains 266 components, 10 Citadel 32 mm round bases and a decal sheet.
