Your task
- You support the team for consulting online and locally.
- You are ready to help in the organization of tournaments.
- You are the contact person for our customers.
- You find creative solutions for tricky customer demands.
What you bring with you
- You are a born host - open, interested and helpful.
- You have a doer mentality and like to lend a hand.
- You already have experience in the trading card industry.
- Your appearance is friendly, relaxed but also professional.
- You passionately play or collect at least 1 of the Magic the Gathering, Yu-gi-oh! or Pokémon games. At best 2.
