What's the deal of the month all about?

The "Deals of the month" is a rotating offer. Every beginning of the month (first business day) new items are selected, which are especially cheap. Be careful, because these promotions are usually sold out quickly. You can also subscribe to the newsletter if you want to be on the safe side.

Important information about pre-orders!

IMPORTANT: A partial shipment will only be created if the value of the respective partial shipment is over CHF 29 and the remaining part is also over CHF 29. Pre-ordered quantities cannot be guaranteed. There may be shortages, whereby "The Uncommon Shop GmbH" cannot be held liable.

Is there a physical store?

Yes, we have a store in Romanshorn at Bahnhofstrasse 16, 8590 Romanshorn. We are looking forward to welcome you there. 

What payment options do I have?

We offer payment in advance or e-banking, purchase on account (Powerpay), Paypal (free of charge), credit card Mastercard and Visa (free of charge), Twint (free of charge), Sofort Klarna and cryptocurrencies.

I do not see my orders in my order history. What to do?

If you can't find your order in your order history, use a different email address. With us, an account is automatically created, which is encrypted to your e-mail. This saves time and stress :)

My login link opens automatically in my email app (example: Gmail). What can I do?

With certain mail apps, you can set how links are handled. If no function is available, copy the link and paste it in the browser.

What happens if I pay with "purchase on account"?

If you buy from us on account, you will receive an invoice via. Mail (also possible as paper invoice) from our cooperation partner Powerpay. Powerpay is the invoicing party after the order and we have nothing to do with the invoice. The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of order.

 

How long does it take until I receive the paid goods?

Please note that the Post delivers letters from Monday - Saturday and parcels only from Monday - Friday . A delivery on Saturday can be added for a fee.

If you order by 3:00pm, you will receive your order the following day (Cannot be guaranteed for one-way ticket orders and on product release dates).

What kind of voucher will I receive when I rate my received order?

A few days after your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us giving you the opportunity to rate your products. Help others with your rating. As a gift for your review we will give you a small coupon code for your next purchase. We are always happy to receive reviews with pictures.

What is the condition of your cards?

All cards we sell are "booster fresh". Is declared when the condition differs.

What is meant by a free card with every purchase?

You will receive one card for each purchase, which you can choose from a card pool. There are 3 different card pools. The cards included are constantly exchanged. There are separate card pools for each game (Magic, Pokemon, Yu-gi-oh!). 

Do you also offer tournaments?

Yes, check the tournament calendar for this. 

What do the abbreviations at the end of products (DE, EN, FR, IT) mean?

These abbreviations represent the language of the product.

DE = German

EN = English

FR = French

IT = Italian

JPN = Japanese
