MTG Brother’s War now available for pre-order

This Magic the Gathering expansion is a so-called ”Event Set”. Simply put, this means that the mechanics and theme of the set revolve around a specific Event rather than the usual world in the MTG universe. ”Krieg der Brüder” revolves around, who would have thought it, two brothers. More precisely about ”Mishra” and ”Urza”. This story was already told in the 2nd set of MTG (read: quite a long time ago) ”Antiquities” in 1994. The brothers have each found one half of an ancient ”Thran Powerstone” and each wanted to have the other’s half in their possession as well. Of course, the only way to solve this problem is war, what else? To experience the story first-hand, we follow well-known Planeswalkers who travel to Dominaria to influence the battle that shaped the future of the multiverse itself.

But how exactly can the story be followed as a player? Good that you ask! All in all, of course, the usual suspects are back at the start:

Krieg der Brüder Bundle

A Krieg der Brüder Draft Booster Display contains 36 Krieg der Brüder Draft Boosters. Each Draft Booster contains 15 cards and 1 token/advertising card, including 1 card of rarity rare or higher, 1 card of rarity not quite as common or higher, 3 not quite as common cards and 10 common cards.

A Krieg der Brüder Jumpstart Booster Display contains 18 Krieg der Brüder Jumpstart Boosters. Each Booster has a theme. Just grab two Boosters and mix them together for wild combinations and a unique gaming experience. Ideal for a quick, casual game, for older players who want to get back into it, or for new players to learn the game in a fun, easy way.

Krieg der Brüder Jumpstart boosters contain 20 Magic cards (including all the lands needed to play). Each Booster contains 2 rare cards, 1 of which can be fabulously rare, and 2 land cards as traditional foil cards.

To help you mix up your game to the max, Krieg der Brüder Jumpstart boosters are compatible with all other Jumpstart products.
