Blazing Vortex and Structure Deck: Freezing Chains pre-order

Structure Deck: Freezing Chains – EN/DE

Ice Barrier returns !!! Since its introduction in Hidden Arsenal, Ice Barrier has consistently frozen our opponents. as we prepare to finish them off with our buffed up Synchro Monsters. As you all know, Ice Barrier monsters work best as a team to not only restrict your opponent’s actions, but also weaken their monsters, prevent them from summoning Tributes, delay Spell Card activations, prevent attacks, and more.

Fans of the Ice Barrier strategy will be thrilled to learn that perhaps one of the most famous monsters has an even more destructive and powerful form! Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, not only banishes up to 3 cards your opponent controls with this card, but also allows you to summon the original Trishula when your opponent destroys it! This new monster will clearly be an incredibly powerful addition to any additional deck and can be integrated into any Ice Barrier strategy.

Booster Display – Blazing Vortex – EN/DE

Blazing Vortex has just been announced for release in February 2021!

As we know, the newest set in the series, Phantom Rage, added 17 world premiere cards. Blazing Vortex, however, will add 19 world premiere cards to the set and add a new battle-crazy theme that also shakes things up and turns the rules of the game we all know upside down! This includes a new continuous trap that forces duelists to take turns playing their monster effects. A new addition like this will keep duelists interested!

Blazing Vortex also adds a new world premiere card that reinvents another classic spell card. We can only speculate on what that spell might be at this point, though we’d love to see the return of Graceful Charity, Gold Sarcophagus, or Swords of Revealing Light. That’s not all this set has promised to add, new cards for themes introduced in 2010, 2012, 2016, 2017 and 2019.

It seems that the main focus of this set will be to support Armed Dragon, LV, Fabled, Dream Mirror, Metalfoes, Ojama, and Windwitch. We’re very excited to see where the set will go, especially since we haven’t really seen Armed Dragon since the GX series. In addition, we’ll see some cards that support some of the themes that inspired Secret Slayers, Rise of the Duelist, Phantom Rage, and Genesis Impact.
