      Produkt kam in ei wandfreien Zusatand an. Gut gepolster und verpackt. Da gibts nichts auzusetzen.
      Leider musste ich längere Zeit auf das Produkt warten, da im Webshop noch ab Lager bestellt werden konnte, es aber erst ab Anfangs Dezember wider erhätlich war. Ein Entschuldigungsmail wurde versendet. Zudem wuder mit im Webshop angezeigt, dass ich wegen des Kaufpreises ein Freegift erhalten würde. Wurde aber nicht beigelegt…
      Ansonste war ich bis jetzt immer sehr zfrieden. Einfach diese Bestellung ging ein bisschen in die Hose.

      The product arrived in perfect condition. It was well-padded and packaged. No complaints there.
      Unfortunately, I had to wait quite a while for the product because, although it was listed as in stock on the online store, it wasn’t actually available again until early December. An apology email was sent. Additionally, the online store indicated that I would receive a free gift due to the purchase price. However, it wasn’t included…
      Otherwise, I’ve always been very satisfied so far. It’s just that this order went a bit wrong.

      Le produit est arrivé en parfait état. Bien rembourré et emballé. Rien à redire de ce côté-là.
      Malheureusement, j'ai dû attendre longtemps pour recevoir le produit, car il était encore possible de le commander en stock sur la boutique en ligne, mais il n'était à nouveau disponible qu'à partir de début décembre. Un e-mail d'excuses m'a été envoyé. De plus, la boutique en ligne indiquait que je recevrais un cadeau gratuit en raison du prix d'achat. Mais il n'était pas joint à la commande…
      Sinon, j'ai toujours été très satisfait jusqu'à présent. C'est juste que cette commande a un peu mal tourné.
