What is meant by the free gift with every order?
At the end of the order process, you have the opportunity to choose a free product from a partially randomized pool if your purchase value is over CHF 79. This ranges from free cards to Booster Packs and Mystery Boxes.

Is there a physical store?
Yes, even 2 :). Our main location is in Romanshorn on Lake Constance and the second, much smaller store is in Schaffhausen. We look forward to welcoming you there. For more information see here!
What is the "Super Sale" all about?
The “Super Sale” is a rotating offer. Products are regularly selected which are offered at particularly low prices for you. Be careful, because these promotions usually sell out quickly.
Why does our price-performance ratio compare favorably with the market?
We are certainly not always the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive suppliers on the TCG market. As a passionate TCG store, we put a lot of emphasis on quality: top customer service (response to mails usually within 12 hours, availability by phone), high-quality packaging materials and a dedicated team. In addition, we also have two locations that are open several days a week for our customers and regularly offer tournaments and events for trading card fans. These are all costs that should not be underestimated. To be one of the best TCG stores on the market, we always offer fair deals.
How can I sell my TCG cards?
We also buy cards and entire collections. However, only from the following TCGs: Pokémon. When it comes to original sealed products, we are interested in various TCGs, not just Pokémon.
You are welcome to send us pictures of your TCG collection by e-mail to info@theuncommonshop.ch and we will let you know whether we would be interested. If your TCG collection is purchased, we will transfer the money to you as soon as we have received the trading cards and have been able to evaluate them. For more info see here!
How do we send parcels from our store?
By default, we send all packages with A-Priority. Your Pokémon, Yugioh, Magic the Gathering, One Piece, etc. trading cards will be carefully packed and sent to your address immediately after purchase. When ordering in our online store, you can also choose a special shipping method: Saturday delivery or Swiss Mond Express.

Important information about pre-orders!
Our system automatically creates a partial shipment if several products with different shipping data are in the shopping cart. The freight-free limit of CHF 79 applies to each of the different shipping dates. If one of the products is below this value, a surcharge will be applied.
Quantities cannot be guaranteed. Shortages may occur, in which case “The Uncommon Shop GmbH” cannot be held liable.
Where is my order from the store?
If you do not receive your order within one day, please do not hesitate to contact us. The best way is via info@theuncommonshop.ch or by telephone on +41 71 751 08 05.
Of course, we understand very well that when you buy your trading cards in a TCG online store, you want to make sure that the order hasn’t gone missing 😉
What's the point of following you on social media?
Our social media accounts give you information and insights into: Releases, tournaments, upcoming changes and last but not least great entertainment from the TCG world, whether on Instagram, Tiktok or Youtube! Between all the hard facts about buying trading cards, we always try to include funny skits that will put a smile on your face as well as our products! 🙂
In addition, we stream EVERY Friday evening from 19:00 on Twitch and open products for customers or ourselves! You can always get a collector’s card bargain from time to time.
Why do I receive an invoice from POWERPAY?
If you purchase from us on account, you will receive an invoice via. Mail (also possible as paper invoice) from our cooperation partner Powerpay. Powerpay is the invoicing party after the order has been placed and we have nothing more to do with the invoice. The goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of the order.
How long does the delivery take?
If you order by 16:00, you will receive your order the following day.
Please note that Swiss Post delivers letters from Monday to Saturday and parcels only from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery on Saturday can be added for a fee.
What condition are your cards in?
All cards we sell are “booster fresh”. It is declared if the condition deviates from this.
What do the abbreviations at the end of products mean (DE, EN, FR, etc..)?
These abbreviations stand for the language of the product.
DE = German
EN = English
FR = French
IT = Italian
JPN = Japanese
KOR = Korean
CHN = Chinese
