2 In which cases does buyer protection protect me?

Buyer protection offers comprehensive protection for your online orders from certified stores. It protects you as a buyer from financial losses. You can rely on buyer protection in the following situations, with no ifs or buts:

Your order has not arrived.

The parcel was lost in transit, was allegedly left with a neighbor or disappeared by other means

You have not received a refund

You have canceled and returned your order, but the refund from the store has not been made

The online store has filed for insolvency.

After your order, the online store has filed for insolvency or is no longer available for other reasons and you have not received the goods or a refund

3. how do I use the buyer protection?

 How easy it is to use Trusted Shops buyer protection 

After every purchase in an online store with the Trusted Shops seal of approval, you can decide after placing your order whether you would like to protect your purchase with Trusted Shops buyer protection. Buyer protection protects your purchases up to a maximum value of 4,000 Swiss francs.

If you are already registered with us with your e-mail address, our system recognizes this and lists all purchases made via this e-mail in your personal My Trusted Shops Dashboard.

Alternatively, you can also register directly now and automatically secure your purchases permanently from now on .
